The County of Westchester marks their 20th anniversary of working with Computer SI Corporation and OnBase Document Management Software. In 1999, after an exhaustive search for the right document management system, The County of Westchester selected Hyland Software’s OnBase system to help them organize their unstructured electronic files and documents. From a list of potential resellers, The County chose Computer SI Corp as their technology partner. Twenty years later, the County/CSI partnership is stronger than ever, with their OnBase system being regularly upgraded to the latest versions and has grown to support more than 3,500 employees. There are over 50 OnBase workflows streamlining business processes in virtually every department, from Human Resources, Legal, County Police to the County Clerk. In addition, all public records are captured and managed in OnBase and made available to thousands of constituents through the web-based County Portal.
